NAD+

After 2 weeks of SS-31, optionally add NAD+ up to 3 times per week.

My protocol as an example:

  • Week 3 of SS-31: 50 mg NAD+ on days 2 and 4
  • Week 4 of SS-31: 75 mg NAD+ on days 1, 3, and 5
  • Week 5 of SS-31: 100 mg NAD+ on days 2 and 4
  • Week 6 of SS-31: 100 mg NAD+ on days 1, 3, and 5
  • Continue similarly as an optional mitochondrial supplement

Tirzepatide

After completing 12 weeks of SS-31, I began tirzepatide for the first time at a microdose level.

  • Week 1: 0.25 mg once
  • Week 2: 0.25 mg once
  • Week 3: 0.5 mg once
  • Week 4: 0.25 mg once — I went back down because I was getting heartburn at the Week 3 dose.

Syringe units apply only to U-100 syringes (100 units = 1 mL). Confirm your syringe type before interpreting units.

Important: This calculator performs concentration and volume arithmetic for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice or a substitute for professional guidance. U-100 unit conversion assumes 100 units = 1 mL and should only be interpreted for a U-100 syringe. Verify vial contents, measurements, syringe type, product instructions, sterility, and intended use with an appropriately qualified professional.
